Bhabani Maharana

Bhabani is a technology executive with more than two decades of experience leading enterprise architecture, technology strategy and governance across OCI, AWS, and GCP. In the past few years, he has built AI agents and accelerators for the Banking and Financial Services domain, moving AI from pilot to production in regulated environments. He turns architecture standards into reusable guardrails (reference architectures, IaC blueprints, decision patterns) that enable teams to scale faster with consistency, security, and cost discipline. Bhabani has led portfolio modernization and technical-debt reduction programs, and translates complex trade-offs into board-ready insights that shape investment and roadmap decisions. His consulting experience spans Banking, Insurance, Payments, Financial Risk, Healthcare, Analytics, and Telecommunications domains.
